I’ve started a new video series of short tips and tricks for Ableton live.

For the first one we take a look at the Transposition Modulation feature in Ableton Live and how the different Warp Modes effect the sound.

– Complex and Complex pro will give you a smooth transposition
– Repitch won’t do anything because it change the Pitch according to the BPM
– Texture with Grain Size all the way down and Flux all the up will introduce noise to your transposition.
– Tones with Grain Size all the way up will give sound a bit choppy
– Beats mode will give you various modulation types using the Transient Loop Modes.
